As my academic life comes to a glorious end with me completing my master’s degree in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies, I’ve found myself reminiscing about a diary entry I wrote when I was 16. Back then, I dreamed of creating something that could weave all my seemingly disconnected passions sustainable fashion, international development, economics, travel, art, and culture into one cohesive space. That dream is now Probably Eating A Croissant… (The ellipsis are added for dramatic effect of course)
Why the name? Well, because if I’m not writing or deep-diving into these fascinating fields, I’m likely indulging in one of life’s simplest, most satisfying joys: a croissant. But this blog isn’t just about buttery pastries it’s a place where big ideas collide. It’s where sustainability meets storytelling, where conscious consumption meets global impact, and where art and culture seamlessly blend with economics(ish) and travel.
I’ve always believed that these fields are not only interconnected but also deeply interdisciplinary. This blog is my way of exploring and celebrating those connections while sharing my thoughts, stories, and perhaps even a few croissant crumbs along the way.
